Through Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), employers in Asia Pacific can ensure they have the right talent to execute their business strategy. SWP can enable companies to identify gaps in talent supply adn demand, and to align their HR strategy with business priorities. However, as a new methodology, most companies are just commencing their journey with SWP. At this meeting, Dr. Mary Young of The Conference Board will draw on recent research from Asia Pacific and globally to discuss key aspects of designing and building effective SWP capabilities.
