Dell, Maju Group and IBM Malaysia were the key winners at the Malaysia HR Awards 2011 organised by Malaysian Institute of Human Resouce Management in partnership with JobStreet.com. Dell Global Business Centre won the Grand Gold Award in the 'Employer of Choice' category, Maju Group won the Grand Gold in the 'HR Breakthrough' category and IBM Malaysia was the Grand Gold Winner in the 'MSC Malaysia HR Innovation Award' category. Over 60 companies vied for the coveted awards - a significant growth in particpation compared to 2010. Minister of Human Resources Dr. S. Subramaniam presented the awards. The awards support the Malaysian Government's call for giving due recognition to significant contributions in the field of human resource management and development. It is designed to honor outstanding achievements and individuals in HR practices.
